At Pepper Phil, we’re committed to getting your hot sauce to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after processing.

Local Pickup

At this time, local pickup is not available.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email: pepperphilsauces@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and any photos if applicable

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
